Horwich RMI Harriers had their forth Young Athlete League match on Sunday held in blustery conditions at Deeside and finished a strong second. This puts the club in a strong position to finish the league in the top half following promotion last year.
Four new club records were set, all in the sprints as Beth Miller reduced her own 75m record whilst Hannah Storey and Dionne King both improved their previous best times by some margin to break the U 15 and U 17 records. Finally the U 17 women’s 4x100m relay team set a new record.
